Opinionated, direct, and sometimes controversial, Gooroo reviewers have been testing computer software and technology products since early 2004. Every month we purchase the latest computer software and consumer gadgets and write up our thoughts for the world to see. Here you'll find information on the most popular products stripped of their marketing hype. The reviews you'll find here will sometimes agree with what you'll see elsewhere. Othertimes, they will fly in the face of what you might read on a forum. That's ok - they can have their point of view and we can have ours. It's what makes the internet great.
Why So Few Categories?
The site is in beta and we're working on bringing all of the content from our individual sites to this one. It's going to take awhile.

I am suspicious of people who take a position and will not demonstrate the courage to reveal who they are. I often dump comments out whenever I feel like it. But that said, I welcome disagreement. Just don't come on to this site with a spray paint can in your hand or you're out of here. If you really want to flame us, go ahead and write about us on your own site.
